Delete your Stitchie’s data

What gets deleted

• Your Stitchie’s account.
• The profile data we received from Google or Facebook: your name, email address and profile picture.
• The provider tokens stored on your account (the access token and the refresh-token field) and your login sessions.
• The mobile number and email address kept on your account.

How to ask

1. Email manalo.rommel@gmail.com from the email address on your account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Stitchie’s data.
3. We delete your data within 30 days and email you to confirm when it is done.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove the Stitchie’s app from your Facebook account: in Facebook, open Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Stitchie’s. This stops Facebook from sharing your non-public information with us; to have us delete the data we already hold, send the email above.

What we keep

Order and payment records are kept only as long as our accounting, tax or legal obligations require, then deleted. The kept order records include the contact details recorded on each order: your name, email address, profile picture and mobile number.
